Here is what it costs.
Of the fifteen South Florida photo booth companies we researched, four publish a price. We think that is daft. Here is our full list, and here is exactly what is in it.
Every booth, every starting price.
Prices are starting points for the hours shown. Extra hours are $150 to $250 depending on which booth you book. Registered non-profits get 10 percent off every booking.

Permanent Installation
No upfront cost
We install, own and service the booth. You take an agreed share of the session revenue.
Nine things other companies bill separately.
When you compare two quotes, this list is where the difference actually lives. An attendant fee, a design fee, an insurance certificate fee and a travel fee can add three hundred dollars to a cheaper-looking number.
- A trained attendant on site for the whole rental, on every booking
- Custom print overlay designed to your colours and approved by you before the event
- Setup and breakdown outside your rental hours, never inside them
- Backdrop of your choice from our range
- Props, cleaned and replaced between events
- Instant delivery by text, email, QR code and AirDrop
- Full online gallery within 24 hours
- Certificate of insurance sent to your venue before you ask for it
- No travel fee anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach
What a cheap booth actually costs you.
You can book a photo booth in South Florida for $250. We have seen the ads. Here is what is usually true at that price, and you should check every one of these before you book anybody, including us.
- No attendant. The booth is dropped off and collected. When the paper jams at 9pm, nobody fixes it.
- No backup. One printer, one camera, one laptop. A failure ends your booth for the night.
- Per-print charges, or one strip per group. A group of eight gets one photo between them.
- A tablet and a ring light rather than a DSLR and studio flash. In a dark ballroom the difference is obvious.
- No certificate of insurance, which a real venue will not accept, so you find out three days out.
- A watermark with their logo on your photos.
A cheap booth is not a smaller version of a good one. It is a different product that happens to share a name.
Four promises. In writing.
We checked fifteen photo booth companies across South Florida before we wrote these. Not one of them publishes a single guarantee. Here are ours.
On Time, or It Is Free
We arrive 60 minutes before doors, set up, and run a full test session before your first guest sees the room. If the booth is not built and tested when doors open, you do not pay for it.
Gallery in 24 Hours, or 15% Back
Every photo, video and GIF from your event, uploaded and ready to download, inside 24 hours. Not next week. If we miss it, we give you 15% of your money back.
Never a First-Timer
Every booth is run by an attendant who has already worked at least 50 events. You get their name and cell number 72 hours out, and they stay with the booth all night. If they do not meet your expectations, we give you 15% of your money back.
Unlimited Everything
Unlimited sessions, unlimited prints, unlimited reprints, unlimited downloads. No per-photo charges, no session caps, no upsell at the booth.
The rest of the detail.
01Do you require a deposit?
Yes, 50 percent to hold the date, with the balance due at least a week before the event. Corporate accounts with a signed PO can be invoiced net-30 with no deposit.
02What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to any other date within three years, subject to availability. If we have to cancel for any reason, you get everything back.
03Is there a minimum booking?
Two hours. Below that the setup and breakdown time makes it uneconomic for us and poor value for you.
04Do you offer a non-profit discount?
Yes, 10 percent off for registered 501(c)(3) organisations. Send your determination letter with the booking and it is applied automatically.
05What does an extra hour cost?
$150 to $250 per additional hour, depending on which booth you booked. There is no separate idle rate. If the booth sits closed during dinner or speeches, that time simply counts toward the hours you already booked.
06Do you charge a travel fee?
No, not anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach County. We are based in Davie, which puts almost the entire tri-county area within an hour.
Want the exact number for your event?
Send the date, the venue and the guest count. You get a real quote back, usually the same day, with no discovery call in between.
