Graduation photo booth rental

Four years, one photo they keep.

South Florida graduates a lot of people. Between NSU, FIU, UM, FAU, Barry and Broward College plus every high school in three counties, April through June is the busiest stretch on our calendar and the one that books earliest.

What we have learned

Booking a booth for graduations.

01

Campus events run differently

Student affairs events need a booth that is free to the student, fast, and unattended-proof. We run a shorter session, a school-branded overlay and a single-tap share, and we have done this on the NSU campus.

02

Book by February

Graduation dates are fixed years in advance and every vendor in the tri-county area is chasing the same weekends in May. By March the good dates are gone.

03

School colours, properly

We match the overlay to the actual brand hex values rather than eyeballing them, because a school marketing office will notice and will ask.

Recommended

The booths that work for this room.

Print-free and share-first. Photos, boomerangs and GIFs sent straight to every guest phone.

Instant 2×6 strips and 4×6 prints, unlimited reprints, and a digital copy of everything.

A slow-motion video orbit that reliably draws the longest line at any event.

The Motion Guarantee

Four promises. In writing.

We checked fifteen photo booth companies across South Florida before we wrote these. Not one of them publishes a single guarantee. Here are ours.

01

On Time, or It Is Free

We arrive 60 minutes before doors, set up, and run a full test session before your first guest sees the room. If the booth is not built and tested when doors open, you do not pay for it.

02

Gallery in 24 Hours, or 15% Back

Every photo, video and GIF from your event, uploaded and ready to download, inside 24 hours. Not next week. If we miss it, we give you 15% of your money back.

03

Never a First-Timer

Every booth is run by an attendant who has already worked at least 50 events. You get their name and cell number 72 hours out, and they stay with the booth all night. If they do not meet your expectations, we give you 15% of your money back.

04

Unlimited Everything

Unlimited sessions, unlimited prints, unlimited reprints, unlimited downloads. No per-photo charges, no session caps, no upsell at the booth.

Tom is a true professional. He arrived early, was gracious to our mutual points of contact, and he was a delight to work with through the night.

We hosted a charity walkathon and utilized the 360 photo booth. What a great experience. The owner was not only professional but engaging with the attendees.

Questions

Graduations questions.

01

Do you work on college campuses?

Yes. We have run booths at Nova Southeastern University and for the Campus Run student event, and we are set up for campus procurement and COI requirements.

02

Can the school logo go on every photo?

Yes, matched to your official brand colours, and sent to your marketing office for approval before the date.

03

How early should we book a May graduation?

February at the latest. May weekends in South Florida are the single most contested dates of the year.

Check your date. Get a real number.

Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. We come back with availability and a straight price, usually the same day.
