Never a First-Timer
Every booth is run by an attendant who has already worked at least 50 events. You get their name and cell number 72 hours out, and they stay with the booth all night. If they do not meet your expectations, we give you 15% of your money back.

01How long does each guest take?
Twenty five to forty seconds from capture to finished images. It moves faster than most people assume, and the attendant keeps the queue loaded so the wait is not dead time.
02Can it do our brand specifically?
That is the point of it. We build the style from your assets and test it before the date rather than picking the nearest preset on the night.
03Is it going to make something inappropriate?
Moderation is on by default and the style set is constrained to what we built. We would rather narrow the output than explain a screenshot to your client.
04Does it work on everyone?
It has to, so we test it. Generative models handle skin tones, textured hair and glasses unevenly out of the box, and we tune the style set until it does not.
05Does setup time come out of my rental hours?
No. Your hours are live event time only. We arrive 60 minutes early, build and test on our own clock, and we tear down after your window closes. You are never paying us to carry cases.
06Is an attendant included or is that extra?
Included, for the whole event, one per booth. We do not run a booth unattended and we do not have one person covering two booths at the same event. If you have seen a photo booth sitting broken in a corner at a wedding, that is what unattended looks like.
07How do guests get their photos?
Text, email or QR at the booth, usually within about eight seconds of the last frame. The full gallery goes live within 24 hours at full resolution and stays up for three years.
08What happens if something breaks mid event?
We carry a backup camera and a backup printer on every job. A swap takes a few minutes. If we ever could not get you back up, that hour is not billed. It is in the guarantee in writing.
09Do you carry insurance and can you send a COI?
Yes. Send us the venue name and the exact wording they need and we issue the certificate within 48 hours with your venue named as additional insured.
10How far in advance should we book?
Saturdays in season go first. For a wedding, three to six months out is normal. For a brand activation with a wrap or a printed backdrop we need three weeks minimum for production. If your date is close, call us anyway, we hold cancellations.
11What do you need to hold our date?
Fifty percent at the time of booking. The balance is due at least a week before the event. No balance chasing on the day, and nothing to settle with your attendant.
