We arrive 60 minutes before doors, set up, and run a full test session before your first guest sees the room. If the booth is not built and tested when doors open, you do not pay for it.
Gallery in 24 Hours, or 15% Back
Every photo, video and GIF from your event, uploaded and ready to download, inside 24 hours. Not next week. If we miss it, we give you 15% of your money back.
Never a First-Timer
Every booth is run by an attendant who has already worked at least 50 events. You get their name and cell number 72 hours out, and they stay with the booth all night. If they do not meet your expectations, we give you 15% of your money back.

01Does this need the venue's wifi?
No. We bring our own connection, with a backup. Venue wifi is the most common reason a digital booth fails at a corporate event, so we simply do not depend on it.
02What if a guest does not want to give a phone number?
They scan a QR and the photo opens on their phone with nothing collected. Data capture is opt in and off by default unless you are running an activation and ask for it.
03Can we add prints later if we change our mind?
Yes, up to one week before the date. It moves you onto the Classic booth pricing and we bring the printer.
04Is this the same thing as a selfie station on an iPad?
No. Those run a tablet camera. This runs a professional camera and studio lighting, which is the difference between a photo people post and a photo people delete.
05Does setup time come out of my rental hours?
No. Your hours are live event time only. We arrive 60 minutes early, build and test on our own clock, and we tear down after your window closes. You are never paying us to carry cases.
06Is an attendant included or is that extra?
Included, for the whole event, one per booth. We do not run a booth unattended and we do not have one person covering two booths at the same event. If you have seen a photo booth sitting broken in a corner at a wedding, that is what unattended looks like.
07How do guests get their photos?
Text, email or QR at the booth, usually within about eight seconds of the last frame. The full gallery goes live within 24 hours at full resolution and stays up for three years.
08What happens if something breaks mid event?
We carry a backup camera and a backup printer on every job. A swap takes a few minutes. If we ever could not get you back up, that hour is not billed. It is in the guarantee in writing.
09Do you carry insurance and can you send a COI?
Yes. Send us the venue name and the exact wording they need and we issue the certificate within 48 hours with your venue named as additional insured.
10How far in advance should we book?
Saturdays in season go first. For a wedding, three to six months out is normal. For a brand activation with a wrap or a printed backdrop we need three weeks minimum for production. If your date is close, call us anyway, we hold cancellations.
11What do you need to hold our date?
Fifty percent at the time of booking. The balance is due at least a week before the event. No balance chasing on the day, and nothing to settle with your attendant.
