Corporate photo booth rental

Company events people actually stay at.

The hard part of a corporate booking is rarely the booth. It is the certificate of insurance, the W-9, the vendor onboarding portal, the load-in window and the PO number. We have done all of it before and we do not need hand-holding through it.

What we have learned

Booking a booth for corporate events.

01

Procurement, handled

COI naming your entity and your venue as additional insured, sent before you chase it. W-9 on file. Vendor portal registration completed. Net-30 invoicing available. A data processing addendum if your legal team requires one. None of this is exciting and all of it is why we get rebooked.

02

What your CMO will ask for

Sessions run, unique participants, contacts captured, opt-in rate, shares and gallery views, in a post-event report. Most photo booth companies hand you a Dropbox link. We hand you a number you can put in a deck.

03

Holiday parties book early

South Florida corporate holiday dates go between September and early October, and the first two weeks of December sell out first. If you are reading this in November, call rather than fill in the form.

Recommended

The booths that work for this room.

Studio-lit professional portraits, retouched and delivered to every attendee the same day.

Fully wrapped and fully branded. You leave with a lead list, not a photo folder.

Print-free and share-first. Photos, boomerangs and GIFs sent straight to every guest phone.

The Motion Guarantee

Four promises. In writing.

We checked fifteen photo booth companies across South Florida before we wrote these. Not one of them publishes a single guarantee. Here are ours.

01

On Time, or It Is Free

We arrive 60 minutes before doors, set up, and run a full test session before your first guest sees the room. If the booth is not built and tested when doors open, you do not pay for it.

02

Gallery in 24 Hours, or 15% Back

Every photo, video and GIF from your event, uploaded and ready to download, inside 24 hours. Not next week. If we miss it, we give you 15% of your money back.

03

Never a First-Timer

Every booth is run by an attendant who has already worked at least 50 events. You get their name and cell number 72 hours out, and they stay with the booth all night. If they do not meet your expectations, we give you 15% of your money back.

04

Unlimited Everything

Unlimited sessions, unlimited prints, unlimited reprints, unlimited downloads. No per-photo charges, no session caps, no upsell at the booth.

We hosted a charity walkathon and utilized the 360 photo booth. What a great experience. The owner was not only professional but engaging with the attendees.

Questions

Corporate Events questions.

01

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes, on every booking, naming your company and the venue as additional insured. Send us the venue requirements and we will have it in your inbox the same week, usually the same day.

02

Do you capture attendee data?

Yes. Custom capture forms with explicit opt-in, delivered live to HubSpot, Salesforce, a webhook or Zapier, plus a clean CSV with consent timestamps at the end of the event.

03

Do you invoice on net terms?

Yes. Net-30 is standard for corporate bookings with a signed PO. Deposits can be waived for established accounts.

Check your date. Get a real number.

Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. We come back with availability and a straight price, usually the same day.
