Before we wrote this page we went through fifteen photo booth companies across South Florida and every large operator in the country. Not one publishes a guarantee of any kind. So here are four of ours, in writing, on a public page you can hold us to.
A guarantee is only worth the risk it takes.
Everyone in this industry says they are professional and reliable. It costs nothing to say and it means nothing to hear. The only version of that claim worth anything is one with money behind it, which is why ours are written as refunds rather than adjectives.
The one exception, stated plainly
The on-time guarantee assumes we can get into the room. If the venue cannot give us access in time, or a previous vendor is still breaking down in our space, the clock is not ours to control. We will tell you in writing the moment that becomes a risk rather than presenting it as a surprise afterwards, and we will still do everything possible to be ready.
What is included on every booking.

Check your date
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many people. We come back within a few hours, in season usually within one, with availability and a straight price. No discovery call required to get a number.
Lock it in
A 50 percent deposit holds the date. The balance is due two weeks out. Contract, COI and W-9 all come over in the same email so your venue and your finance team are handled in one step.
We design the overlay
You get the print design for approval before the event, matched to your colours or your brand guidelines. Changes are free and unlimited until you are happy with it.
Doors open, booth is ready
We arrive 60 minutes early, build, test and run a full session. Your first guest walks into a working booth. If we do not, the rental is free.
Gallery inside 24 hours
Every photo, video and GIF, uploaded with a link you can share. Brand clients also get the lead file and the post-event report.

Every photo, video and GIF from your event, uploaded and ready to download, inside 24 hours. Not next week. If we miss it, we give you 15% of your money back.
Never a First-Timer
Every booth is run by an attendant who has already worked at least 50 events. You get their name and cell number 72 hours out, and they stay with the booth all night. If they do not meet your expectations, we give you 15% of your money back.
Unlimited Everything
Unlimited sessions, unlimited prints, unlimited reprints, unlimited downloads. No per-photo charges, no session caps, no upsell at the booth.
