I have spent six years working events in South Florida. Motion is the company I built around that, and I still run booths myself most weekends rather than sending a stranger with a tripod.

The reason that matters is not sentiment. It is that almost everything that goes wrong at an event goes wrong in the sixty minutes before doors, and the person who catches it has to know what they are looking at. A venue that says there is power at the back wall and means an extension run from forty feet away. A ballroom with a service elevator too small for a 360 rig. A printer that will jam within the hour because the paper has been sitting in a humid van. Those are the jobs, and they are not on any checklist.

What we will tell you that others will not

We will tell you to book fewer hours when you are about to overbuy. We will tell you a cheaper booth fits your room better when it does. We will tell you if we think your date is a bad idea for an outdoor setup. None of that is generosity, it is that a client who felt sold to does not come back, and over half of our bookings are repeats or referrals.

Where we work

Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, with no travel fee anywhere in the three counties. We are on Griffin Road in Davie, which puts Fort Lauderdale about twenty minutes away, Miami about forty and Boca just over half an hour.
