Conference and hotel properties here require vendor registration and insurance filed in advance, and load-in usually runs through a service corridor on a booked slot. Headshot setups are common in Doral, which need a clear white backdrop position away from ambient window light.

Yes, the headshot booth is one of our most requested Doral setups. Guests get a clean, professional portrait delivered digitally on the spot, and you receive the full gallery afterwards. It needs a bit more space than a photo booth and a spot away from strong window light, both easy to plan around.
Packages for a Doral event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Doral and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Doral is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 30 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Doral including Trump National Doral Miami, Doral Central Park, Downtown Doral Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Doral dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Doral booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Doral event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
