Clubs and estates here require vendor approval, insurance on file and often a dress standard for staff. Equipment is expected to be tidy and out of sight lines, so we plan cable runs and booth placement with the venue rather than on arrival.

Yes, with the paperwork done properly in advance. Most clubs need our certificate of insurance and vendor details submitted before they will clear us, and several have staff dress requirements which we meet. Give us the club name when you check your date and we start that immediately.
Packages for a Palm Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Palm Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Palm Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 55 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Palm Beach including The Society of the Four Arts, Flagler Museum, The Colony Palm Beach. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Palm Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Palm Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
