Atlantic Avenue venues are tight on square footage and often have no dedicated loading area, so we load in on foot and schedule it before the street gets busy. Courtyard and garden setups are common, which means planning for evening dew on equipment and keeping cable runs off walkways.
Delray events cluster around Atlantic Avenue and the beach, and the town has a walkable, restaurant-led scene that produces a lot of smaller, tighter venues. Space is usually the constraint here rather than power or access, so the compact setup gets used more often in Delray than anywhere else.

Tell us the room and we will bring the configuration that fits. The social booth has a much smaller footprint than the classic setup and needs roughly a four by four foot corner rather than eight by eight. On Atlantic Avenue that is usually the difference between a booth and no booth.
Packages for a Delray Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Delray Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Delray Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 40 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Delray Beach including Old School Square, The Colony Hotel & Cabana Club, Delray Beach Golf Club. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Delray Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Delray Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
