Sundy House is a restored historic house in Delray surrounded by dense tropical gardens. Nearly everything happens outdoors under the canopy, which is lovely and which makes power and surface the two questions that matter.
The Social booth is usually the right call here. It is the lightest thing we own, it fits down a garden path, and it needs one outlet. If you want prints, the Classic booth works well on a terrace or under cover rather than out among the planting.

The gardens are the venue. That is why people book it and it is also why a booth needs planning rather than a corner. Paths are narrow, the planting is the point, and equipment cannot be dragged across beds to get where it needs to be.
We ask for two things before the day: which path the booth comes in on, and which outlet it runs from. Both are easier to answer in an email a week out than in person while guests are arriving.

Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.

Yes, with the right booth. The Social booth has the smallest footprint of anything we run and moves down a narrow path easily. A full Classic setup with a backdrop needs a 10ft by 10ft area, so we would put that on a terrace.
Whatever plan covers your guests has to cover the booth, because the equipment cannot sit in weather. Tell us where the venue moves the event to and we build the booth into that plan.
No. Delray is inside our included radius and there is no travel fee anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach.
Three hours covers most Sundy House receptions. Start it when the formal part ends and run it through the dancing. We will tell you to book fewer hours if your timeline does not need more.
