The Colony has been on Atlantic Avenue since the 1920s, with the hotel downtown and the Cabana Club out on the beach. Which of the two you have booked decides everything about the booth.
At the hotel, the Classic booth with unlimited prints fits the room. At the Cabana Club we would bring the Social booth, because it is lightest, needs one outlet and does not involve paper in the wind.

Two properties, two completely different plans. The hotel on Atlantic Avenue is a historic building in the middle of a busy street, so load-in timing and parking are the constraints. The Cabana Club is on the beach, where sand, wind and power are the constraints.
Nothing we run sits on sand. Beach-side events get placed on a deck or a hard surface, which also keeps prints from blowing away.
We are not affiliated with The Colony Hotel Delray. We just bring the booth, and we call the venue before you have to.
Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.

Not on sand. Every booth needs a firm level surface. We place beach events on the nearest deck or hard standing, which also solves the wind problem for prints.
