Convention and performing-arts spaces here run on union or in-house labour rules and fixed load-in windows, so the dock time is booked well before the event date. Season traffic on I-95 between November and April is the real variable, and it is the reason we leave Davie earlier for Palm Beach County than for anywhere else.
West Palm Beach events skew formal and skew seasonal. The gala calendar runs hard from November through April, the rooms are larger than most of Broward, and the guest counts that come with them change how a booth has to be staffed. It is our longest regular drive, which is exactly why we build in the extra hour rather than hoping traffic cooperates.

Yes. Our two-hour minimum applies the same in West Palm Beach as it does in Davie, and there is no separate travel fee. The only difference is scheduling, we leave earlier in season, and for Saturday dates in the January to April stretch we recommend booking further out because those weekends fill first.
Packages for a West Palm Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to West Palm Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. West Palm Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 50 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across West Palm Beach including Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach County Convention Center. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most West Palm Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every West Palm Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
