Rooms here are often set to full capacity, so the booth footprint needs agreeing with the venue before tables are laid out. University venues require vendor insurance filed in advance. Shared circuits with catering are common, so we bring our own distribution.
Sweetwater is small, dense and heavily family-driven, sitting right alongside the FIU main campus. Quinceañeras, birthdays and church celebrations make up most of the calendar, often in rooms that are working at capacity.

Roughly eight by eight feet for the classic setup with prints, or four by four for the social booth, plus space for a line to form. Give that number to your venue when they plan tables. The most common problem we see in packed rooms is no space left for the thing guests came to use.
Packages for a Sweetwater event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Sweetwater and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Sweetwater is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 30 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Sweetwater including Florida International University campus venues, Sweetwater Community Center, Ronselli Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Sweetwater dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Sweetwater booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Sweetwater event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
