Yes, and the thing to plan for is throughput rather than setup. Sessions are unlimited with no per-photo charge, and an attendant works the line all night. For crowds above a couple of hundred we suggest three hours or a second booth so the queue actually clears.
Packages for a Miami Gardens event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. No. Miami Gardens is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 30 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Miami Gardens including Hard Rock Stadium, Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, Miami Gardens Community Center. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Miami Gardens dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
