University and municipal venues need vendor insurance filed in advance and have firm end times. Events here regularly run long, so booking the extra hour up front is usually cheaper and safer than trying to extend on the night.
North Miami has a genuinely international event calendar, heavy on Haitian and Caribbean celebrations alongside a strong arts scene around MOCA and the university. Guest counts run high and events tend toward the late side.

Yes, both are within our normal range. Institutional venues want a certificate of insurance naming them before a vendor is cleared, which we issue on request. Give us the venue name when you check your date and we will start that paperwork rather than leaving it to the week of.
Packages for a North Miami event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to North Miami and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. North Miami is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 35 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across North Miami including MOCA North Miami, Griffing Park, North Miami Public Library gallery spaces. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most North Miami dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every North Miami booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your North Miami event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
