Farm and barn venues out here frequently have no usable power near the setup point, so we plan for generator or long-run distribution as the default rather than the exception. Open-air setups need a covered configuration for afternoon storms, particularly May through October.
Homestead events lean rural and outdoor in a way the rest of the county does not. Barn weddings, farm venues and open-air receptions are the norm here, which means power and weather drive the plan more than room layout does.

We bring a covered configuration for anything set on grass or open air, and we position where the booth can be moved under shelter quickly if the sky turns. Worth telling us your rain plan when you book, because if the whole event relocates we want to have scouted that second space too.
Packages for a Homestead event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Homestead and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Homestead is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 50 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Homestead including Schnebly Redland's Winery & Brewery, Fruit & Spice Park, Homestead-Miami Speedway. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Homestead dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Homestead booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Homestead event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
