Country clubs are the most predictable venues we work and the most paperwork heavy. The ballroom will have reliable power and a proper load-in door. The club will want a certificate of insurance naming them on file before the day, and they will chase it.
Wellington runs on the equestrian season, which means the calendar here is busier and tighter between January and April than anywhere else in the county.
We are not affiliated with The Wanderers Club. We just bring the booth, and we call the venue before you have to.
