An oceanfront resort with an in house events team means the logistics are documented before you ask, which makes it an easy venue to work. The variable is indoor versus oceanfront.
Ballroom events are straightforward. Oceanfront events mean wind, salt air and no sand as a surface. Prints and wind do not get along, so an exposed lawn position changes which booth we would recommend.

Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.
