Delray events cluster around Atlantic Avenue and the beach, and the town has a walkable, restaurant-led scene that produces a lot of smaller, tighter venues. Space is usually the constraint here rather than power or access, so the compact setup gets used more often in Delray than anywhere else.

These are the Delray Beach rooms we get asked about most. We are not affiliated with any of them, we just bring the booth. Most want a certificate of insurance naming the venue before load-in, which we issue on request at no charge.

What to expect on site

Atlantic Avenue venues are tight on square footage and often have no dedicated loading area, so we load in on foot and schedule it before the street gets busy. Courtyard and garden setups are common, which means planning for evening dew on equipment and keeping cable runs off walkways.
About 40 minutes from our Davie base via I-95

What if my Delray venue is too small for a full booth?

Tell us the room and we will bring the configuration that fits. The social booth has a much smaller footprint than the classic setup and needs roughly a four by four foot corner rather than eight by eight. On Atlantic Avenue that is usually the difference between a booth and no booth.
