These are the Sunrise rooms we get asked about most. We are not affiliated with any of them, we just bring the booth. Most want a certificate of insurance naming the venue before load-in, which we issue on request at no charge.

What to expect on site

Arena and large retail venues run on credentialed access with scheduled dock times, so vendor paperwork goes in ahead of the date. For branded corporate work here we set up the custom interface and overlay in advance so the client approves the design before the event rather than on it.

Can the booth be branded for a corporate event in Sunrise?

Yes. We can brand the start screen, the sharing screen and the photo overlay with your logo or a sponsor’s, and you approve the design before your date. For sponsor activations that approval step matters, which is why it is built into every booking rather than sold as an extra.
