Photo booth rental in Miami Beach, Florida

Miami Beach is the hardest logistics in South Florida and it is not close. Between one-way causeways, valet-only entrances, hotel freight elevators and street parking that does not exist, the setup here needs planning that other cities do not. That is the entire reason our standard is arriving a full hour early.

These are the Miami Beach rooms we get asked about most. We are not affiliated with any of them, we just bring the booth. Most want a certificate of insurance naming the venue before load-in, which we issue on request at no charge.

What to expect on site

Hotel properties on Collins and Ocean almost always mean a freight elevator slot, a loading dock booked in advance and a certificate of insurance already on file with the property. Causeway traffic is unpredictable and there is no realistic contingency for arriving late, so Miami Beach dates get the earliest departure on our schedule.

How early do you arrive for a Miami Beach hotel event?

At least an hour before your start time, and in practice earlier for Collins Avenue properties because the dock and freight elevator run on the hotel’s schedule rather than ours. We book that slot with the property in advance. Our on-time guarantee still applies, and venue access delays are the one thing it does not cover, which is why we handle that booking ourselves.
