Fairchild is 83 acres of tropical botanic garden in Coral Gables. Events happen among a living collection, which puts real limits on where equipment can go and how it gets there.
The Social booth is usually the right answer at Fairchild: lightest to carry in, one outlet, nothing to blow away. The 360 booth needs no electrical at all, which is genuinely useful in a garden, but it needs a level hard surface rather than planting or lawn.

A botanic garden is a collection first and a venue second, and they are rightly protective. Vehicles, cables and equipment all have restrictions, and the routes a vendor can take through the garden are set by them, not by what looks shortest.
Everything is outdoors, which means two questions get answered before the day: where the power comes from, and what the rain plan is. Neither is a problem if it is settled in advance and a nightmare if it is not.

Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.

On the route the garden gives us, at the time they give us. We ask rather than assume, because taking a cart through the wrong part of a living collection is not a mistake you get to make twice.
The 360 booth needs none at all, which is often the cleanest answer here. The Social and Classic booths each need one standard outlet, and we agree the run with the garden beforehand.
The booth goes wherever the guests go. Tell us the venue rain plan and we build the booth into it. Equipment cannot sit in weather, so this gets settled in advance.
