South Beach load-in is the whole story here. Ocean Drive is not a street you park a van on, so arrival timing gets agreed with the hotel and stuck to. A booth that arrives in fewer trips is worth more than a booth with more features.
The spaces themselves are compact and considered. This is a design hotel, so equipment that looks like equipment stands out for the wrong reason.

We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.

Difficult enough that we plan it rather than improvise. We agree an arrival window with the hotel and bring the booth that goes in with the fewest trips. We are still on site 60 minutes before doors.
Usually yes, with the hotel's agreement, and the Social booth is the one we would take up. We confirm the lift and the route in advance.
Yes. A custom printed backdrop in your artwork is $250 and a full booth wrap is $250. At a design hotel it is worth doing.
No. There is no travel fee anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach. We do leave earlier for the Beach, because the causeways do not care about your timeline.
