Hotel properties on Collins and Ocean almost always mean a freight elevator slot, a loading dock booked in advance and a certificate of insurance already on file with the property. Causeway traffic is unpredictable and there is no realistic contingency for arriving late, so Miami Beach dates get the earliest departure on our schedule.
Miami Beach is the hardest logistics in South Florida and it is not close. Between one-way causeways, valet-only entrances, hotel freight elevators and street parking that does not exist, the setup here needs planning that other cities do not. That is the entire reason our standard is arriving a full hour early.

At least an hour before your start time, and in practice earlier for Collins Avenue properties because the dock and freight elevator run on the hotel's schedule rather than ours. We book that slot with the property in advance. Our on-time guarantee still applies, and venue access delays are the one thing it does not cover, which is why we handle that booking ourselves.
Packages for a Miami Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Miami Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Miami Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 45 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Miami Beach including The Betsy Hotel, Miami Beach Botanical Garden, The Bass. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Miami Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Miami Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Miami Beach event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
