Everything crosses the Rickenbacker, and there is no alternative route if it backs up, so Key Biscayne dates get one of the earliest departures on our schedule. State park venues run on permit hours with strict end times and limited vehicle access near the setup point, which means a longer hand-carry than most jobs.
Key Biscayne is a single causeway in and out, which makes it the most access-constrained place we work after Miami Beach. Events here are waterfront, private and usually smaller in guest count but higher in expectation.

No surcharge and no toll passed on. What Key Biscayne does change is timing, we leave much earlier because a backed-up Rickenbacker has no workaround. For state park events we also need permit end times up front so breakdown fits inside them.
Packages for a Key Biscayne event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Key Biscayne and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Key Biscayne is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 50 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Key Biscayne including Crandon Park, Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, Key Biscayne Community Center. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Key Biscayne dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Key Biscayne booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
