Historic and park venues here restrict equipment placement and anchoring, so we confirm the exact spot with the venue rather than deciding on site. Waterfront setups need shelter from wind and spray, and several venues have limited vehicle access near the ceremony area.

Yes, with placement agreed in advance. Historic and park properties are specific about where equipment can sit and how it is anchored, and several will not allow vehicles close to the setup point. Tell us the venue early and we will confirm placement and plan the carry.
Packages for a North Miami Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to North Miami Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. North Miami Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 40 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across North Miami Beach including Ancient Spanish Monastery, Greynolds Park, Julius Littman Performing Arts Theater. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most North Miami Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every North Miami Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
