Marina and island venues mean salt air, wind and in some cases boat access, none of which suits equipment left unsheltered. We confirm how gear physically reaches the setup point before the date rather than discovering it on arrival.
Riviera Beach is marina and waterfront territory, with Peanut Island and the Singer Island resorts driving much of the event calendar. Access to the water is the appeal and also the logistical challenge.

Talk to us early on that one. It is possible but it depends entirely on the boat access and what we can safely move across water. For Singer Island resorts and Marina Village there is no issue at all, those are standard setups for us.
Packages for a Riviera Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Riviera Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Riviera Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 55 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Riviera Beach including Riviera Beach Marina Village, Singer Island resort venues, Peanut Island Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Riviera Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Riviera Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Riviera Beach event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
