Private clubs here need vendor insurance and approval before the date. Being our furthest destination, Tequesta dates get the earliest departure on the schedule and we confirm access contacts the day before rather than the morning of.
Tequesta is the northern edge of everywhere we serve. It is small, coastal and quiet, with a golf and waterfront event calendar that skews toward weddings and club functions. Our longest drive, planned accordingly.

Yes, and there is no travel surcharge, but it is the outer limit of our range at roughly seventy-five minutes each way. That means a Tequesta booking takes the whole day for one of our two booths, so these dates are worth locking early rather than late.
Packages for a Tequesta event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Tequesta and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Tequesta is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 75 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Tequesta including Tequesta Country Club, Turtle Creek Club, Constitution Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Tequesta dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Tequesta booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Tequesta event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
