Private clubs and gated communities need vendor names submitted to the gate ahead of the date, and several require a certificate of insurance on file before they will process it. Courtyard and garden setups are common here, which means we plan cable runs that stay out of sight lines and off walkways.
Boca events are polished and the expectations match. Country clubs and private estates make up more of our Boca calendar than public venues do, and both come with house rules about vendors, dress and where equipment can sit. We plan for a quieter, tidier setup here than we would for a nightclub activation.

Regularly. Send us the club or community name when you check your date and we will get our certificate of insurance and vendor details submitted to their office ahead of time. Most of the delays we see in Boca are gate paperwork rather than anything to do with the booth itself.
Packages for a Boca Raton event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Boca Raton and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Boca Raton is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 35 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Boca Raton including The Addison, Boca Raton Museum of Art, The Boca Raton. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Boca Raton dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Boca Raton booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Boca Raton event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
