City facilities require vendor insurance on file and enforce booked end times, so breakdown is planned inside the window. Outdoor park bookings need a power plan, since pavilion outlets do not always reach where the booth needs to sit.

Yes, nearly all of them. City facilities want a certificate of insurance naming them before a vendor is approved to work the room. We are fully insured and issue that certificate on request, usually same day, at no cost to you.
Packages for a Greenacres event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Greenacres and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Greenacres is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 50 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Greenacres including Greenacres Community Center, Greenacres Freedom Park, Ira Van Bullock Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Greenacres dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Greenacres booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Greenacres event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
