Corporate work along Ponce is often headshot rather than photo booth, which needs a clear backdrop position away from window light and a bit more floor space.

It needs a slightly larger footprint than a photo booth and a spot away from strong window light, both easy to plan once we know the room.

No. Coral Gables is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 35 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Coral Gables including The Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables Museum, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Coral Gables dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Coral Gables booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
