The Colony trades on a very specific aesthetic, and everything a vendor brings in gets judged against it. A black equipment case in the corner of a Colony ballroom is the wrong answer.
Practically, this is a compact property near Worth Avenue. Load-in is tighter than a resort and parking is a real constraint, so we plan the arrival window with the hotel rather than turning up and finding out.

A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.

Yes, and here it is worth doing. A custom printed backdrop in your artwork and colours is $250, and a full booth wrap is another $250. At The Colony that is the difference between the booth being in the photos and being cropped out of them.
