Pier and marina venues mean salt air and limited vehicle access close to the setup point, so we plan a longer carry and keep electronics sheltered. Being ten minutes from base, Dania is one of the few cities where we can handle a same-week booking if a Saturday is still free.
Dania Beach is small, close and easy for us, roughly ten minutes from base. It punches above its size on venues thanks to the pier, the casino and a set of waterfront spaces that see a steady wedding and corporate calendar.

Usually yes. Dania is about ten minutes from where our booths are stored, so travel is never the constraint here. Availability is, we run two booths and cap at eight Saturday events a month, so it comes down to whether the date is still open rather than whether we can get there.
Packages for a Dania Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Dania Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Dania Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 10 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Dania Beach including Dania Beach Casino, Dania Beach Pier area venues, IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Dania Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Dania Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
