Arena and large retail venues run on credentialed access with scheduled dock times, so vendor paperwork goes in ahead of the date. For branded corporate work here we set up the custom interface and overlay in advance so the client approves the design before the event rather than on it.
Sunrise is arena-and-corporate territory, with a large share of our bookings tied to business events, sports functions and community programming rather than private parties. Fifteen minutes from base and easy access off the Sawgrass.

We arrive 60 minutes before doors, set up, and run a full test session before your first guest sees the room. If the booth is not built and tested when doors open, you do not pay for it.

Every booth is run by an attendant who has already worked at least 50 events. You get their name and cell number 72 hours out, and they stay with the booth all night. If they do not meet your expectations, we give you 15% of your money back.

Yes. We can brand the start screen, the sharing screen and the photo overlay with your logo or a sponsor's, and you approve the design before your date. For sponsor activations that approval step matters, which is why it is built into every booking rather than sold as an extra.
Packages for a Sunrise event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Sunrise and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Sunrise is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 15 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Sunrise including Amerant Bank Arena, Sawgrass Mills event spaces, Sunrise Civic Center. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Sunrise dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Sunrise booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Sunrise event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
