Outdoor Davie venues mean generator or long-run power more often than not, and open-air setups need a plan for afternoon rain, so we bring covered configurations for anything on grass. Rodeo and park grounds have gated access with fixed hours, so we confirm the gate contact rather than assuming someone will be there.

No. Davie is our base, so there is no travel charge anywhere in town. It also means we can usually accommodate a tighter turnaround here than we can further north, and our one-hour-early setup is closer to two in practice.
Packages for a Davie event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Davie and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Davie is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, This is our home base, usually under 15 minutes to anywhere in town away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Davie including Bergeron Rodeo Grounds, Nova Southeastern University event spaces, Robbins Lodge. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Davie dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Davie booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Davie event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
