Photo Booth Rental in Fort Lauderdale
Photo booths, 360 platforms and branded activations for events in Fort Lauderdale, with no travel fee and a booth that is built and tested before your first guest walks in.
The booths Fort Lauderdale clients actually book.
Fort Lauderdale runs activation work, so the booths that earn their keep here are the ones that capture data and carry branding out of the room. That said, we will recommend a cheaper booth when it suits your room better, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have paid for the wrong one.
Fully wrapped and fully branded. You leave with a lead list, not a photo folder.
Guests walk in as themselves and walk out as an astronaut or your campaign.
Print-free and share-first. Photos, boomerangs and GIFs sent straight to every guest phone.
What to know before you book in Fort Lauderdale.
The Fort Lauderdale calendar
The Fort Lauderdale event calendar creates its own pinch points. Events like Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Rock the Ocean’s Tortuga Music Festival, Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, Winterfest Boat Parade fill hotel rooms and vendor diaries at the same time, so if your date sits near one of them, book earlier than you think you need to.
Getting a booth into Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale is close enough to our base that load-in is rarely the hard part. What does catch people out is a venue that releases the room later than the contract says, or a previous vendor still breaking down in our corner. We arrive 60 minutes early specifically to absorb that, and we will flag it to you in writing the moment it looks like a risk.
Neighbourhoods and nearby towns
We cover every part of Fort Lauderdale, including Las Olas Isles, Victoria Park, Flagler Village, Rio Vista, Harbor Beach, Coral Ridge, Colee Hammock, and the 33301, 33304, 33305, 33306, 33308, 33309 ZIP codes. Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Lazy Lake, Dania Beach, Plantation are all on the same terms with no travel fee, so a venue that sits just over the city line is not a problem.
The drive from Davie
about 20 minutes from our Griffin Road shop, straight up to I-595 east, then I-95 north or Davie Boulevard into downtown; add 15 during afternoon rush on the 595/95 interchange, and add more on Boat Show week when Seventeenth Street backs up
What we know about working in Fort Lauderdale.
We run photo booths in Fort Lauderdale most weekends of the year. It is about 20 minutes from our base in Davie, close enough that we can be on site well before doors without anybody worrying about traffic.
Fort Lauderdale is the one Broward city where the corporate calendar, the wedding calendar and the tourist calendar all run hot at the same time. The expanded Convention Center and its attached Omni pull trade shows and incentive groups that need branded activations on the floor, while the Boat Show in late October turns every waterfront hotel, yacht and marina tent into a private hospitality event for a week straight. Underneath that, the beach hotels and the Las Olas historic venues carry a steady destination-wedding load that peaks November through April.
Waterfront and image-conscious, yacht-adjacent corporate hospitality, destination weddings with an ocean backdrop, and a downtown crowd that dresses up. We work across Las Olas Isles, Victoria Park, Flagler Village, Rio Vista, Harbor Beach, Coral Ridge and the rest of the city.
We have listed 11 Fort Lauderdale venues below, with what you need to know about each one. We cover Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Lazy Lake, Dania Beach on the same terms, with no travel fee.
Rooms we work, and what to know about them.
Every venue has its own load-in, its own power situation and its own rules about what a vendor can bring through the front door. If yours is on this list we already know it. If it is not, send it over and we will call them before you have to.

Tom is a true professional. He arrived early, was gracious to our mutual points of contact, and he was a delight to work with through the night.

Photo booth questions from Fort Lauderdale.
01How much does a photo booth rental cost in Fort Lauderdale?
Packages for a Fort Lauderdale event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Fort Lauderdale and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
02Do you charge a travel fee to Fort Lauderdale?
No. Fort Lauderdale is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 20 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
03Which Fort Lauderdale venues have you worked in?
We work venues across Fort Lauderdale including Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, Riverside Hotel. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
04How far in advance should we book a photo booth in Fort Lauderdale?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Fort Lauderdale dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
05What happens if the booth breaks down at our Fort Lauderdale event?
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Fort Lauderdale booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
06Can we see the print design before our Fort Lauderdale event?
Yes, always. The overlay for your Fort Lauderdale event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
Also serving across Broward County.
Drive times are from our base in Davie. No travel fee anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach.
