Harbor Beach is a private beach resort on 16 acres with its own meetings and events program, which means an in house coordinator and a well drilled load-in.
Ballroom events take any booth. For anything on or near the beach we place the booth on a deck or terrace rather than sand, and the 360 booth is ruled out unless there is a solid level platform. Corporate groups here often pair the Headshot booth with a printing booth at the evening event.

Sixteen acres and a private beach gives this resort more usable event space than most hotels in the county, and the events team runs it like a business rather than a favour. That is good news for a vendor: load-in doors, power and timing are all documented before you ask.
The variable is which space you have. A ballroom event and a beachfront event are different jobs. Sand is not a surface any booth can sit on, so beach-adjacent events get placed on the nearest deck or terrace.

Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.
