The Riverside has been on Las Olas Boulevard since 1936 and runs its own weddings program, with a ballroom indoors and terrace space along the New River.
In the ballroom, the Classic booth with unlimited prints is the obvious choice and the 360 booth has room to run safely. On the terrace, the Social booth is usually the better answer because it has the smallest footprint and needs the least power.

The Riverside Hotel is one of the few Las Olas venues that handles weddings in house rather than handing you to an outside planner. That means the coordinator you are already emailing is the person who will tell us where the booth goes.
There are two very different spaces here. The ballroom is a straightforward indoor load-in with reliable power. The New River terrace is outdoors, narrower, and shares its access with hotel guests, so load-in timing matters more than it does in the ballroom.
We are not affiliated with the Riverside Hotel. We just bring the booth, and we call the venue before you have to.
Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.

It depends which space you have booked. The ballroom takes any of our booths comfortably. The New River terrace is narrower, so we would normally recommend the Social booth there. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area either way and we confirm the exact corner with your hotel coordinator.
Las Olas parking and loading is the constraint, not the hotel. We plan to be on site an hour before doors, and for a terrace event we ask the hotel for the earliest load-in window they will give us. Setup and teardown are never billed and never come out of your rental hours.
Yes, and we prefer to. Once you book we contact the Riverside coordinator ourselves about load-in, power and the certificate of insurance, so you are not relaying messages between two vendors.
Three hours covers most receptions here. Start it when the formal portion ends and run it through the dancing. We will tell you to book fewer hours if your timeline does not need more.
