City facilities need vendor insurance filed before approval and enforce end times strictly, so breakdown is planned inside the booked window. Clubhouse rooms are often smaller than expected, which makes the compact booth configuration the right call more often than not here.
Tamarac skews toward community centres, active-adult clubhouses and city-run halls rather than hotels or private clubs. Events are well organised, run on schedule, and the venues have clear rules, which makes it one of the more predictable cities we work.

We bring the configuration that fits. The social booth needs roughly a four by four foot corner instead of the eight by eight a full classic setup wants. Give us the room name or dimensions when you book and we will tell you honestly which one will work.
Packages for a Tamarac event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Tamarac and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Tamarac is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 25 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Tamarac including Tamarac Community Center, Tamarac Sports Complex, Woodmont Country Club. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Tamarac dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Tamarac booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Tamarac event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
