Beach and pier setups need weighting, wind shelter and protection from salt spray, and vehicle access near the sand is limited so we plan a longer carry. Park venues run on permit hours with firm end times.
Deerfield Beach runs on its pier, the beachfront and a set of well-used community venues. It is at the northern edge of our regular Broward range, and beach events here bring the same wind and salt considerations as Hollywood or Pompano.

Yes, Deerfield Beach and Coconut Creek are both within our normal range with no travel charge. It is a longer run than our core cities, so we leave earlier, and for beach setups we want the exact spot in advance to plan wind shelter and power.
Packages for a Deerfield Beach event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Deerfield Beach and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Deerfield Beach is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 35 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Deerfield Beach including Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier area, Deerfield Beach Community Center, Deer Creek Golf Club. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Deerfield Beach dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Deerfield Beach booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
