Weston is heavily gated, so vendor access goes through a guardhouse and needs to be on the list before we arrive. Backyard and patio setups are common, which means checking that a single household circuit can carry the booth, and bringing our own distribution when it cannot.
Weston runs on country clubs, HOA clubhouses and backyard events, and almost all of it is planned rather than improvised. It is fifteen minutes from our base, which makes it one of the few places we can accommodate a late booking without cutting into the setup window.

Often, and it is one of the more common Weston bookings we take. The two things worth confirming early are a level surface with about eight feet of clearance, and a dedicated outlet that is not already carrying a DJ or catering load. We bring our own extension and distribution either way.
Packages for a Weston event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Weston and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Weston is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 15 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Weston including Weston Hills Country Club, Bonaventure Country Club, Weston Regional Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Weston dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Weston booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
