Country club events here usually have a preferred vendor process and a certificate of insurance requirement, both straightforward once started early. Park facilities run on permit hours with firm end times, so breakdown is planned inside the booked window.

Plantation is ten minutes from our storage, so we can sometimes take a booking with only a few days notice when a Saturday slot is still open. That said, we only run two booths and we cap at eight Saturday events a month, so the honest answer is that availability runs out well before logistics do.
Packages for a Plantation event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Plantation and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Plantation is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 10 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Plantation including Jacaranda Country Club, Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club, Volunteer Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Plantation dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Plantation booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
Yes, always. The overlay for your Plantation event is designed to your colours or brand guidelines and sent to you for approval before the date, with unlimited revisions until you sign it off.
