School and city facilities here require vendor insurance filed with the district or the city before the date, which is a paperwork step worth starting early. Gymnasium and multi-purpose rooms have long power runs from the nearest usable outlet, so we bring the cabling rather than assuming.

Yes, and the insurance side is usually the gating item rather than availability. Broward County schools and city facilities want a certificate of insurance naming them before a vendor is approved. We are fully insured and can issue that certificate as soon as you tell us which school or facility.
Packages for a Coral Springs event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Coral Springs and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Coral Springs is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 25 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Coral Springs including Coral Springs Center for the Arts, Coral Springs Museum of Art, Heron Bay Marriott. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Coral Springs dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Coral Springs booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
