For a downtown Delray party the Classic booth with unlimited prints is the workhorse. For a branded or civic event on the pavilion, the Brand Activation booth with a full wrap and opt-in capture does more than entertain, it gives you something to follow up.

The campus covers several very different spaces, so the first useful question is which one you have. An indoor room and the outdoor pavilion are different jobs for a booth.
The pavilion and lawn host the bigger events and the louder ones. Outdoors means planning power rather than finding it, and it means a rain plan. Indoors in the historic buildings means the usual care about what equipment can touch.

Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.

Both. Tell us whether you have an indoor room or the pavilion and lawn and we plan power, surface and load-in around that. They are genuinely different jobs.
The Classic and Social booths each need one standard outlet. The 360 booth needs none at all, which is often the cleanest answer on a lawn.
Fully. A custom printed backdrop is $250, a full booth wrap is $250, and opt-in data capture with a post event report is $75.
It is downtown Delray, so it is tighter than a resort. We agree the load-in window in advance and arrive 60 minutes before doors. Setup and teardown are never billed.
