Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise is the largest room we work in Broward. Almost everything we are asked to do here is a branded activation, a corporate suite event or a sponsor space rather than a private party.
The Brand Activation booth is what belongs in an arena: a full wrap in your brand, opt-in email and phone capture with consent timestamps, and a CSV plus a post event report. For a suite or hospitality event, the Social booth is faster and lighter.

An arena runs on credentials, dock times and a building crew, and none of that is negotiable on the day. Load-in happens in a window you are given, through a dock, with passes arranged in advance.
For an activation, the booth has to be specified weeks out because power, position and rigging all get approved rather than decided. We handle that with the building and the event organiser directly.
We are not affiliated with Amerant Bank Arena. We just bring the booth, and we call the venue before you have to.
Space. We reserve a 10ft by 10ft area for a full setup. The Social booth needs less. Power. One standard outlet for the Classic and Social booths, none at all for the 360. Access. We arrive 60 minutes before doors, and setup and teardown are never billed or deducted from your hours. Paperwork. A certificate of insurance naming the venue, issued within 48 hours of the request, at no charge.
