How Much Does a Photo Booth Cost in Miami?
Miami has the lowest published entry prices in South Florida and the widest top end. Here is what local companies actually publish, what a quince, a brand activation and a conference cost, and where the gap comes from.
Short answer
A photo booth in Miami costs $325 to $2,500 depending on format. Published entry prices start near $325 for two hours of digital only. A 360 booth runs $450 to $1,200. A branded activation runs $850 to $2,500 and up. Motion publishes $399 to $2,500.

What a photo booth costs in Miami right now
Miami has the lowest published entry prices in South Florida. Three separate Miami companies publish a starting number at or under $350 for two hours. It also has the highest ceiling, because Miami is where the brand activations happen, and a branded build with data capture is a different product at a different price.
That spread is the thing to understand before you collect quotes. In Miami you are not choosing between cheap and expensive versions of the same thing. You are choosing between four genuinely different products that all get called a photo booth: a digital drop off, a staffed print booth, a 360 platform, and a branded activation. The prices only look confusing when you compare across categories.
If you want the Fort Lauderdale and Broward numbers instead, those are a different competitive set and we published them separately. The Miami market is cheaper at the bottom and busier at the top.
What Miami companies publish, and what they gate
Here is every Miami company we found that puts a price on a public page, exactly as published. We are citing published numbers and the fact of gating, nothing else.
Published photo booth prices in the Miami market
| Company | What they publish | Gated? |
|---|---|---|
| Partyflix | Digital only $325 for 2hr. Basic $450 for 2hr with up to 100 prints. Enhanced $500 for 3hr with up to 200 prints. Elite $650 for 4hr with up to 300 prints | No |
| Epic Events Booth | 360 booth at 1hr $300 to $500, 2hr $450 to $750, 3hr $600 to $950, 4hr $800 to $1,200, 5hr and up $1,000 to $1,500 and up. Overtime $75 to $150 per hour. Extras $50 to $200 | No |
| 360 Photo Booth Rental Miami | From $350 for two hours, with a two hour minimum | No |
| Selfie Booth Co. | A stated range of $600 to $1,500 with a three hour minimum. No package pricing | Partly |
| AKA Photo Booth | Packages start at just $250, on the homepage only. Package detail sits behind a form | Yes |
| Sharingbox | Private events typically around $500 per day. Corporate is quote only | Partly |
| Motion Event Productions | Social $399 for 2hr. Headshot $599 for 3hr. 360 $699 for 3hr. Classic $749 for 3hr. AI $850 for 3hr. Brand Activation $2,500 for 4hr | No |
Read the print caps on that table carefully, because they are the most Miami specific thing on it. Partyflix publishes caps of 100, 200 and 300 prints by tier. That is transparent and we respect it. It also means a 250 guest quince on the 200 print tier can run out of paper before the night is over. Ask any company with a tiered print package what happens at print number 201.
We will also say the obvious thing. Partyflix publishes $500 for three hours with prints. We publish $749 for three hours on our Classic print booth. That is a real gap and we are not going to pretend it is not. What the higher number carries is an attendant on every booking, a backup camera and a backup printer on every job, $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate coverage with a certificate issued within 48 hours, a gallery hosted for three years, and no cap on prints. If those do not matter for your event, the cheaper published number is the right call and you should take it.
Why Miami's price spread is wider than Broward's
Three reasons, and all three are structural rather than anybody being greedy.
- Volume at the bottom. Miami runs more small private parties per weekend than anywhere else in the tri county area, and a two hour digital drop off scales well against that. That is why three separate companies publish an entry number at or under $350.
- Brand money at the top. Miami Art Week, Art Basel, fashion, nightlife and agency work all buy activations rather than rentals. A build with custom fabrication, branded output and data capture is priced like a production, which is why the top of the market runs past $2,500.
- The 360 boom. The 360 platform is the most requested booth in Miami by a wide margin, and every published Miami price list leads with it. Competition there is fierce, which is why Epic Events publishes a three hour 360 range as wide as $600 to $950.
The practical consequence: in Miami, the format you pick matters more than the company you pick. Pick the format first, then compare like for like.
What it costs by event type in Miami
This is the table most people actually want. It maps the six event types we get asked about most in Miami-Dade to the booth that usually fits, our published price for it, and the extras that typically ride along.
Miami event types, the booth that usually fits, and what it costs
| Event | Booth that usually fits | Motion price | Extras people usually add |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quinceanera, 150 guests | 360 booth | $699 for 3 hours | Custom printed backdrop $250 |
| Sweet sixteen or graduation party | Social open air booth | $399 for 2 hours | Extra hour $150 to $250 |
| Wedding, 200 guests | Classic enclosed print booth | $749 for 3 hours | Guest book station $150 |
| Brand activation during Art Week | Brand Activation build | $2,500 for 4 hours | Data capture and reporting $75, full booth wrap $250 |
| Conference or trade show headshots | Headshot booth | $599 for 3 hours | Second attendant $150 |
| Club or venue, recurring nights | Permanent unattended install | No cost to the venue, through our sister company Vertex Vending Group | None |
Travel across Miami-Dade is zero
Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, South Beach, Doral, Homestead. All of Miami-Dade sits inside our included radius, along with Broward and Palm Beach, so the travel line on your quote is $0. For context, the national benchmark from Pixilated puts photo booth travel fees at $50 to $300. A Homestead or Key Biscayne wedding is where that would normally bite, and it does not here.
Quinceañeras: the 360 question drives the whole budget
The single most common Miami question we get, phrased almost identically every time, is which is better for a quinceañera, a photo booth or a 360. It is a budget question disguised as a format question, because the two answers are priced differently and behave differently in a room full of fifteen year olds.
The honest answer: the 360 is a teen magnet and a print booth is not. If the guest list skews young, the 360 will hold a line all night. Our 360 is $699 for three hours. Epic Events publishes $600 to $950 for three hours on theirs, so that is roughly the Miami going rate.
The catch nobody mentions: the 360 holds up to seven people at once with a 1,200 pound limit on the platform, and a meaningful share of older guests will not step onto a raised platform at all. If the room is half teenagers and half grandparents, you are buying entertainment for one half of it. A print booth serves both, and a printed strip is still the thing the abuela takes home.
One more practical note for quince venues: the 360 needs a clear circle about ten feet across and seven feet of ceiling clearance, and it needs no power at all. That last part matters in ballrooms where the DJ has already claimed every outlet on the wall.

Art Week, brand activations and the Miami corporate number
December in Miami is its own market. Art Week and Art Basel pull brand activations into Wynwood, the Design District and the beach, and the brief changes completely: the output has to carry a logo, the data has to come back in a usable form, and the booth has to look like part of the build rather than a rental parked in a corner.
Our Brand Activation build is $2,500 for four hours. That is the top of our list and it is a different product from the party booths. Data capture and reporting is $75. A full booth wrap is $250. A custom printed backdrop is $250. A second attendant, which we recommend for anything with a queue and a lead capture flow at the same time, is $150.
For a smaller corporate presence, the Headshot booth at $599 for three hours is usually the better buy. It moves 120 to 180 people through a three hour window because it shoots one person at a time with no group staging, which makes it the right format for a conference badge line or a sales kickoff.
On timing: we do not charge a seasonal premium and there is no rush fee on our price list, so a late December request does not cost more. What it costs is availability. Art Week dates go first, and so do the Saturdays in quince season. Book the date, not the discount.
What the cheapest Miami quotes leave out
A $250 or $325 starting price is real and it is not a trick. It is a scope. Here is what to confirm in writing before you take one, and the list applies to us too.
- Is an attendant included, or is it a drop off? Several published South Florida packages are explicitly unattended at the entry tier.
- Is there a print cap, and what happens when you hit it?
- Is idle time billed? If your booth is booked from 7pm and dinner runs to 9pm, ask what those two hours cost.
- What is the overtime rate? Epic Events publishes $75 to $150 per hour. Ours is $150 to $250 depending on booth.
- Is there liability insurance, and will they issue a certificate to your venue? Most Miami hotels and event spaces will not let a vendor load in without one.
- Is there a minimum? 360 Photo Booth Rental Miami publishes a two hour minimum and Selfie Booth Co. publishes a three hour minimum.
None of those questions are hostile. A good vendor answers all six in one email. If getting answers takes three rounds and a phone call, that is information about how the event day will go.
What Motion charges in Miami

All of it is published rather than gated behind a form. Travel anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach is zero. Idle time counts toward your booked hours instead of being billed separately. An attendant comes with every booking, and there is a written guarantee behind the whole thing.

Common questions
How much does a photo booth cost for a quinceañera in Miami?
Most Miami quinces land between $450 and $950. A 360 booth is the usual pick. Epic Events publishes $600 to $950 for three hours on a 360 and ours is $699 for three hours with an attendant included. A custom printed backdrop to match the theme adds $250.
What is the cheapest photo booth rental in Miami?
The lowest published numbers in Miami are AKA at a stated start of $250 with package detail behind a form, Partyflix at $325 for two hours of digital only, and 360 Photo Booth Rental Miami from $350 for two hours. Our lowest published price is $399 for two hours with an attendant included.
How much is a brand activation photo booth in Miami?
Branded work in Miami starts around $850 and runs past $2,500, and Sharingbox quotes corporate work privately rather than publishing. Our Brand Activation build is $2,500 for four hours. Data capture and reporting is $75, a full booth wrap is $250, and a second attendant is $150.
Do Miami photo booth prices go up during Art Week?
Ours do not. We publish one price list and there is no seasonal premium and no rush fee on it. What changes in December is availability, not price. Art Week dates and December Saturdays book out first, so the cost of waiting is losing the date rather than paying more for it.
Is a photo booth cheaper in Miami than in Fort Lauderdale?
At the entry level, yes. Miami has three companies publishing a start at or under $350, while the lowest published Broward start is $350 for an unattended drop off. Above that tier the two markets are close. Our price list is identical across both counties because travel inside the tri county area is free.
How many guests can a photo booth handle at a Miami party?
It depends on the booth. Our Social open air booth moves 50 to 60 guests an hour because it shoots groups of up to ten. The 360 moves about 40 an hour because it runs one group at a time on a platform. Use those numbers to size your hours before you compare prices.
Do you charge a travel fee to Miami Beach or Homestead?
No. All of Miami-Dade is inside our included radius, along with Broward and Palm Beach, so travel is $0 to South Beach, Homestead, Doral or anywhere else in the county. Outside the three counties travel runs $100 to $300. The national benchmark for travel fees is $50 to $300.
