Yes, and the two things to sort early are power and cover. Pavilions usually have an outlet, open lawn usually does not, so tell us where the booth is going and we will bring distribution or plan generator capacity. For anything on grass we bring a covered configuration.
Packages for a Coconut Creek event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Coconut Creek and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Coconut Creek is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 30 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Coconut Creek including Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, Coconut Creek Community Center, Tradewinds Park. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Coconut Creek dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Coconut Creek booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
