City-run halls here have firm end times and enforce them, so we plan breakdown into the booked window rather than running to the last minute. Banquet rooms are often set to capacity, which means the booth needs a footprint agreed with the venue in advance so it does not lose a table.

Plan for roughly eight by eight feet plus room for a line to form. That is the number worth giving your venue when they lay out tables, because the most common problem we see here is a room set to full capacity with no space left for the booth people came to use.
Packages for a Pembroke Pines event start at $399 for a two-hour digital booth and $749 for three hours with unlimited prints. A 360 booth starts at $699. There is no travel fee to Pembroke Pines and the attendant, overlay design, insurance and unlimited sessions are all included rather than charged separately.
No. Pembroke Pines is inside our standard service area and there is no travel fee. We are based in Davie, about 20 minutes away, so we build in enough time to be set up and tested before your doors open.
We work venues across Pembroke Pines including Charles F. Dodge City Center, Pembroke Lakes Golf Club, Grand Palms Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. If your venue is not one we have been in before, we call ahead about load-in, power and vendor rules rather than turning up and finding out.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most Pembroke Pines dates. Peak dates need much longer. December corporate parties should be booked in September, May graduations by February, and Palm Beach season galas roughly a year out.
It gets swapped. A complete backup unit travels to every Pembroke Pines booking we take, camera, printer, lights and laptop, so a failure at 9pm is a ten-minute change rather than the end of your booth for the night.
