Palm Beach runs formal more often than the other two counties, and the venues here are strict about paperwork. Most country clubs want a certificate of insurance naming them, on file, before the day. We issue that within 48 hours of the request and we chase the venue ourselves if they have not confirmed it. Galas here also tend to want the booth open during cocktail hour and closed during the program, which is exactly the kind of schedule we will help you plan rather than sell you extra hours for.

Questions about travel and coverage.
01Do you charge a travel fee anywhere in South Florida?
No. Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach are all inside the included radius, and we are based in Davie, which sits near the middle of the three. If your venue is further out, in the Keys or up past Stuart, we quote travel at $100 to $300 depending on distance, and we tell you that number before you book, not after.
02My venue is not on your list. Do you still come?
Almost certainly yes. The list covers the cities we work in most, not the limit of where we go. Send us the venue name and we will confirm in the same reply as the price.
03How early do you arrive?
Sixty minutes before doors, everywhere. In Miami-Dade we usually leave earlier than that, because a causeway or a bridge does not care about your timeline. Setup and teardown are never billed and never come out of your rental hours.
04Do you know our venue already?
After 380-plus events across the tri-county area, usually. If we have worked your venue before we already know the load-in door, the outlet situation and which coordinator to call. If we have not, we call them the week before.
05Can you do two venues on the same day?
Yes, with enough notice. A second location on the same day is quoted as its own booking because it is a second setup, a second teardown and a second drive.
06Are you insured for our venue?
Yes. $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, and we issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue within 48 hours of the request.
